A Pictorial ‘Look Back’ At The 2026 Buffalo Labor Day Parade

(BUFFALO, NEW YORK) – Monday (September 7th) was a glorious day in Western New York, especially in Buffalo where dozens and dozens of Unions and hundreds of their Members marched in the annual Buffalo Labor Day Parade to honor the gains made by Organized Labor over the years and to recommit their efforts for the generations of Workers to come.

Under a sunny sky, the Labor Day Parade lineup of dozens of participating Public, Private and Building Trades Unions started at 10 a.m. at the corner of Dorrance Avenue and McKinley Parkway in South Buffalo and kicked off at 12 p.m. with Grand Marshal Tony Vaccaro of Teamsters Local 264 leading the way.

WNYLaborToday.com was there to photo-capture the day’s event, as well as participate in a post-Parade Picnic sponsored by Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield of Western New York.

Here’s just a smattering of some our photos - and for more, go to WNYLaborToday.com’s Facebook Page for the entire run: Facebook
