The Staff of IfNotNow, a movement of American Jews working to end U.S. support for Israel’s system of apartheid, have officially Unionized with the Nonprofit Professional Employees Union. In a strong show of solidarity and shared values, IfNotNow’s management has voluntarily recognized the Union. This milestone reflects a mutual commitment to fostering a workplace grounded in equity, transparency, and collective decision-making - principles that are foundational to the mission of IfNotNow and aligned with the broader Labor Movement, Union Officials said. The Nonprofit Professional Employees Union represents Workers at mission-driven organizations across the country.
