Earlier this week, MAGA/Republican Presidential Candidate Donald Trump suggested children could do the job of Auto Plant Workers while delivering a head-scratching tangent to the Economic Club of Chicago.  Trump appeared to oversimplify how international car companies get their vehicles ready-to-be-sold, saying they ship parts stateside that merely require American Workers to “take them out of a box” and assemble.  “We could have our child doing it,” Trump said before a moderator cut him off.  UAW President Shawn Fain responded: “Donald Trump is a billionaire who’s never worked a real job in his life.  He doesn’t know the first thing about hard work and he wouldn’t last a day in an auto plant.  He isn’t fit to be an Auto Worker and he certainly isn’t fit to be the President.  Trump doesn’t understand us, he doesn’t respect us and he certainly doesn’t represent us.  Trump doesn’t care about Auto Workers.  The only thing Donald Trump wants from Auto Workers is a vote.  Donald Trump is a scab!”
