Restaurant Association Of Maryland Opens Apprenticeship Program

The (Maryland) Daily Record reports the Columbia-based Restaurant Association of Maryland (RAM), the only Trade Association that represents every segment of the Food Service Industry in the State of Maryland, is now accepting applications from restaurant employers and prospective Apprentices to participate in its Restaurant Manager Apprenticeship Program.  The program includes on-the-job training and coursework.  Upon completion, an individual will be recognized as a Journey Worker and is qualified to work in a management capacity at a restaurant and potentially other hospitality businesses.
