Stephen Silvia, a Professor of International Relations at the American University School of International Service, reports for The Conversation on the United Auto Workers (UAW) recent success that the Union is having organizing Southern Auto Workers.  Silvia writes that there are three reasons: A successful model, strong leadership and a new Organizing approach.
