NLRB Rules Apple ‘Illegally Interrogated’ Its New York City Retail Staff
The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has ruled Apple illegally interrogated Staff at its World Trade Center store location in New York City. The NLRB ruled Apple violated Labor Law by badgering a Worker about whether he supported a campaign to form a Union with Apple Retail Union-Communications Workers of America (CWA). The NLRB also affirmed a Judge’s ruling that Apple violated Federal Law in 2022 by confiscating flyers about organizing and barring Workers from placing them on a table in the Staff Break Room.
