Organized Labor is currently being bolstered by a surge of support for Union activity, which had already been growing slowly since the Great Recession back in 2009. Latest polls show public approval of Labor Unions is now at its highest point since 1965. With that said, Mother Jones asked a number of photographers to document this knotty moment for American Labor. As a result, their projects show both new organizing and the reinvigoration of old institutions.
