Wells Fargo Becomes The ‘First Big U.S. Bank With A Unionized Branch’
UNI Global Union reports Workers employed at a Wells Fargo & Company Bank Branch in Albuquerque, New Mexico have voted 5-to-3 to Unionize, a first for a major U.S. Bank. The Workers will join Wells Fargo Workers United, which is affiliated with the Communications Workers of America (CWA). The Union aims to address issues like understaffing, low pay and mismanagement - and advocate for better wages and benefits for Wells Fargo Employees.
