The Ontario (Canada) Construction News recently published a Labor News Perspective authored by Darci Spiteri, A Third Year International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 105 Apprentice who lives in Toronto, who offered her take on not only being a female in the Trades, but how her high expectations are now paying off.  She says, in part: Don’t waste your opportunities.
