The NLRB Accuses Apple Of Anti-Union Practices

Anusuya Lahiri at Benzinga reports Bloomberg is reporting Apple is under scrutiny from the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) for not extending a benefits increase to Unionized Retail Employees last year. Earlier this week, an NLRB Regional Director filed a complaint, alleging the Technology Company breached Federal Labor Regulations. This action followed after accusations that Apple denied Unionized Employees at its Towson, Maryland store improved benefits in 2022, Bloomberg reports.
