Clinton, NY’s Indium Corporation Celebrates Eight Graduates Of Its First Apprenticeship Class
The Rome (New York) Daily Sentinel reports on the Indium Corporation - which is celebrating eight graduates of its first Apprenticeship Program. Indium - headquartered in Clinton, New York, is a materials refiner, smelter, manufacturer and supplier to the global electronics, semiconductor, thin-film and thermal management markets. “On behalf of more than (1,400) team members worldwide, we are tremendously proud of the accomplishments of our pioneer Apprentices,” Indium President Ross Berntson said. “The New York State Apprenticeship Program aligns with Indium Corporation’s dedication to developing our workforce, enabling them to excel in their current roles and also to meet the evolving demands of the Advanced Manufacturing Sector, particularly within the Semi-Conductor Industry.” Nine additional team members are set to graduate in the Winter of 2024.
