Justin Backover at The Lehigh Valley Regional News reports on a first-of-its-kind Apprenticeship Program announced in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.  The Industrial Training and Education Consortium of the Lehigh Valley (iTEC) is a new effort to meet the demands for skilled labor in advanced manufacturing.  The effort brings together local businesses, colleges, government and community and economic development organizations to recruit new talent.
