Fenton Winery/Brewery In Michigan Offers New Apprenticeship Program

Emily Brown at WNEM-TV In Saginaw, Michigan reports on a new Apprenticeship Program at the Fenton Winery and Brewery.  The program, which is registered with the U.S. Department of Labor, will help create Professional Cook opportunities.  Apprentices will receive 495 hours of technical instruction at a community college and also complete 6,000 hours of hands-on work experience at the winery/brewery’s commercial kitchen.
