New "Registered Apprenticeship Program For Teachers" Aims To Bring More Teachers Into The Fold
Jason Freund at KWES-TV In Midland/Odessa, Texas reports on a new Apprenticeship Program aimed at filling Teacher vacancies in Ector County, Texas. The Registered Apprenticeship Program for Teachers offers students who are interested in teaching the opportunity to get hands-on training while they are still going to school. The program also promises to cover tuition and fees associated with earning a Bachelor's Degree and paying the Apprentices at the same time. “It will provide an internship experience, or an Apprenticeship experience, for these individuals to work with our very best Teachers in the Ector County School District,” Officials said.
