The Rochester Union Of Nurses And Allied Professionals Picket Outside Rochester General Hospital Over The “Hospital’s Inadequate Proposals To Fix Their Issues & Unsafe Experiences’ At The Medical Facility

Evan Bourtis at News10NBC reports the Rochester Union of Nurses and Allied Professionals picketed outside Rochester General Hospital today (Tuesday, April 25th) to draw public attention to the hospital’s “inadequate proposal to fix their issues” and “unsafe experiences” at the medical facility.  The Nurses’ Union, which has been seek a “fair” contract from hospital administrators, issued the following statement: “We will be joined by local Labor Leaders and Community Allies to discuss conditions at the hospital, the hospital’s inadequate proposals to fix their issues, and unsafe experiences their own family members have had at the hospital.”  Rochester Regional Health and the Union have been in negotiations for six months without yet reaching an agreement.
