Organizers ‘Hope To Expand’ Apprenticeship Program For Students With Disabilities

Jasmine Huda at FOX2now reports organizers in Madison County, Illinois hope to expand an Apprenticeship Program for students with disabilities.  Huda focuses in on Keshawn Thomas, 22, the first person in Madison County to graduate from an Apprenticeship Program for students with disabilities.  The one-year program is a partnership between governments at the City, County, State and Federal level and provides job training in a variety of fields, including grounds keeping, landscaping and work at a convention center.
