Robert Inglis at The Sunbury (Pennsylvania) Daily Item interviews several people, including SUN Tech Precision Metals Teacher Terry Anselmo, who talks about the skills his students learn in class and how they apply to the job market.  Few people are aware of Apprenticeship Programs in the Building Trades, contends Russ Nahodil, Local Membership Development Representative, Williamsport (Pennsylvania) International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 812 tells Inglis.  In addition, IBEW Representative Jim Beamer, also from Local 812, and Nahodil say there are opportunities available through the Apprenticeship Programs offered by their Union.
