HarperCollins Union Workers On Strike Since November 10th Reach Tentative Agreement
ABC News & New York City AFL-CIO Labor Council report HarperCollins Publishers and United Auto Workers (UAW) Local 2110, which represents around 250 striking Employees, have reached a tentative agreement providing increases to entry level salaries. If Union Members ratify the contract, it will run through the end of 2025 and end a walkout that began nearly three months ago. It was announced by both sides that "increases to minimum salaries across levels throughout the term of the agreement, as well as a one-time $1,500 lump sum bonus to be paid to Bargaining Unit Employees following ratification."
