Kristen Mirand at WKBW-TV in Buffalo reports that in Syracuse, a New York State Supreme Court Judge has ruled the Commissioner of Health for New York State, Governor Kathy Hochul and the New York State Department of Health overstepped their authority when mandating the COVID-19 vaccine for Health Care Workers, a vaccine not included in the State Public Health Law.  According to a statement from State Department of Health in an e-mail to WKBW-TV’s News' Mirand, the State Health Department is "exploring all options" moving forward.
