Bloomberg Law reports the Communications Workers of America has filed a pair of Unfair Labor Practices Charges with National Labor Relations Board against Wells Fargo & Company - accusing the Banking Giant of attempted intimidation and coercion of Workers trying to Unionize Call Center Employees.  Sources tell Bloomberg Law the accusation involving the Salt Lake City-area Employee is related to the manager’s threats to revoke the Worker’s ability to work from home on a hybrid schedule if he continued to pass out Pro-Union fliers.
