Reuters reports the U.S. National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) says Union Representation Petitions increased 53% In Fiscal Year 2022 when compared with 2021 and were at the highest since 2016.  Workers are increasingly turning to established and independent Unions in an effort to address their workplace issues - ranging from wages and benefits to Coronavirus Pandemic-related health and safety concerns.
