(BUFFALO, NEW YORK) - BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York (BCBSWNY) will host a Labor Webinar on Wednesday, April 22nd - from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. – that will cover a number of topics related to the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Labor Leaders are invited to virtually attend the webinar to learn more about the Health Plan’s response to the pandemic, as well as new legislation introduced to help businesses and individuals address growing health and economic concerns.

According to BCBSWNY Representatives, specific topics will include: Employer and member tools and educational resources; Answers to frequently asked questions; Medical management, including updates on prior authorizations, pharmacy; How BlueCross BlueShield is staying in touch with members; and Legislative updates - including discussion around New York State mandates as a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic and the Federal Stimulus Package.

The webinar is free to join and pre-registration is not required.
