‘More Bad News’ From A National Labor Relations Board’ Dominated By’ Republican Trump Appointees: NLRB ‘Outlaws’ Union Organizing At The Workplace If The Property ‘Is Not Owned’ By Employer

(WASHINGTON, D.C.) – There’s more bad news for Unions and Workers from an NLRB dominated by Trump appointees.
Reuters reports “The National Labor Relations Board has ruled Workers do not have the right to engage in Union Organizing and similar activities on private property where they work - but that is not owned by their employer.
In a 3-1 decision, the NLRB said Musicians with the San Antonio Symphony in Texas did not have the right to distribute leaflets to patrons of the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts, where they perform, “because the venue does not employ them.”
