In a posting on Facebook, the CSEA congratulations and welcomed its newest Members:

In a recent vote that passed by 96%, the Great Neck Buildings and Grounds Association has agreed to become a part of the CSEA Family.

The almost 100 person Unit has already experienced an increase in solidarity.

"The value of Union Representation is that we're all coming together to establish fairness and equity at the worksite," said Great Necks Buildings and Grounds Association President Rob Loughlin. "This is the first time that we looked beyond things that separate us, like job titles, to establish something better for our entire group."
